Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Within Pakistan):
- Orders above Rs. 3,000: Free shipping
- Orders below Rs. 3,000: Shipping fee of Rs. 150
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fabrich Official is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at +92 3211 111 100 to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 7-10 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
